These breads are handcrafted using authentic Italian recipes, which include extra-virgin olive oil for a traditional flavour. Our ciabatta, foccacia, ciapini, panini, mezzaluna and marbled breads are all made using traditional 24 hour bulk-fermented doughs, which ensure the finished products are light and airy.

A wide variety of inclusions in our ciabatta, foccacia and marbled breads, such as rosemary, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, pestos and cheese, enhance their flavour and eating experience. In addition toppings can be applied for extra visual appeal.

Our speciality products are made in a variety of sizes ranging from party-size rolls to tray bakes. These products can be individually wrapped or bulk packed to suit your needs.
