Soft Rolls




Heathrow Bakery makes a wide variety of machined and handcrafted shaped soft roll products. Our soft roll selection is made using both modern and traditional methods. We use a variety of flours to produce our rolls, such as French, Wholemeal, Malted and Rye. White rolls are made with untreated, unbleached flour.

Added ingredients can be included in the dough or used as toppings to enhance the product's appearance. These include poppy seed, caraway, linseed, sunflower, millet and pumpkin seeds. The inclusion of fibre in the form of bran and inulin can be used to enhance the nutritional value of the product if you desire.

Different finishes such as decorative cuts, glazes or flour dusting are applied to the rolls prior to baking for an eye-catching appearance.

Our soft rolls are made in a variety of weights ranging from 12g to 160g according to your requirements. These products can be individually wrapped or bulk packed to suit your needs.
