Added ingredients such as poppy seed, caraway, linseed, sunflower, millet and pumpkin seeds, can be included in the dough or used as toppings to enhance the product's flavour and appeal.

Different finishes such as decorative cuts or glazes are applied to the rolls prior to baking for an attractive appearance.

Our crusty rolls are made in a variety of weights ranging from 12g to 90g according to your requirements. These products can be individually wrapped or bulk packed to suit your needs.
